The LG has a smaller display than other launch phones like the 4.3″ HTC HD7 on T-Mobile and the 4″ Samsung Focus on AT&T. We’d wager that LG went for a smaller display to avoid making the phone more bulky since horizontal sliders aren’t petite. Unlike the Focus, the Quantum lacks a super-saturated Super AMOLED display (Samsung makes that tech and rarely has enough to share with other makers).
